THAI PANTRY - WAHROONGA, SYDNEY

Thai take away is such an easy way to get a big flavour hit The good thing is there are so many places to choose from too. Thai Pantry is nestled in Wahroonga shops and has been getting great reviews and plenty of customers for quite a few years. It seemed appropriate to give their food a try. We started with fish cakes. They were plump and tasty.

We then had servings of curry puffs and spring rolls. We do love crispy pastry and they didn’t disappoint.

To finish our starters we had a serving of money bags. They are an all time favourite and Sir fancies himself as a connoisseur of them. These ones were great. They were beautifully crispy and had a lovely filling. We should have ordered more!

Pad Thai is hard to resist isn’t it! It can be a great addition to a meal or be the whole meal alone. This was full of noodles and other goodies with a nice tangy sauce.

We did have to have a curry too. We decided on red curry beef. It was good to see plenty of tender pieces of beef in this dish. Most importantly, the curry itself was rich with a lovely bite. We also had a serving of jasmine rice which soaked up the sauce perfectly.

The servings are good sized at Thai Pantry and the prices are very reasonable. It’s a great place to visit again and again.
