BAKERIE - GORDON, SYDNEY

Bakerie
773 Pacific Highway
Gordon, Sydney

We were in the area and looking for somewhere for a late brunch. Bakerie seemed very busy but their food looked good so we put our names down for a table. It was only a short wait before we got in and seated. This place is a bakery and a cafe and people were there for both too.

The description had us straight away. Deluxe bacon and egg croissant with Swiss cheese, avocado, rocket, fried egg, caramelised onion and mustard aioli. It was a meal that had it all on paper. When it arrived it was even more spectacular though. This was an eye popper. The croissant was massive and there was so much filling it literally spilled out onto the plate. The flavours were great too. This was a meal for the hungry and it was so tasty too!

M’lady loves her scrambled eggs and as they were an option here she easily and eagerly chose this. What arrived was a massive pile of light fluffy scrambled eggs sitting on top of toasted sourdough. It was tasty and filling!

The all important morning coffees were good here too. They arrived first, before the food as expected. The brew is good too.

With Bakerie also being a bakery, there are plenty of choices available. In fact, there are so many good options it is hard to decide. They also have the worlds biggest croissants here too. Threy looked so good that we grabbed a few to take away.

Good food, big servings, nice coffee and plenty to take away afterwards. Bakerie ticks lots of boxes and made it a place worth visiting and revisiting too.
