CREPE HOUSE CAFE - EARLWOOD, SYDNEY

Crepe House Café
192-194 William St
Earlwood, Sydney

For seriously amazingly great tasting crepes - savoury and sweet - Crepe House Cafe fits the bill! The food is fresh, presentations are works of art and almost a shame to eat - but when you cut into them and take that first mouth-watering bite, you just can't help yourself! You've just got to eat it all.

Crepe House Cafe not only serve amazing crepes, and there are plenty to choose from on their diverse menu, but they also have a really good drink range too.

We had coffees, Lemon lime and bitters, ginger beer, fruit juices - mint, lemon and apple as well as apple, ginger and pineapple (thank you James for recommending this gorgeous combo!).

The smoothie we shared was mango - this was deliciously refreshing. All of the drinks were thirst quenching - we loved them!

The savoury crepes were had were - Zeus, Ares and Hermes.  Zeus is a bit like a meat lovers pizza. All this yummines wrapped up in a very tasty crepe. Zeus is - mozarella, double smoked ham, bacon, pepperoni, cabanossi, tomato, feta ad bbq sauce.

Ares is - chicken, tasty cheese, olives, pepperoni, sundried tomatoes, tyrokafteri (all drizzled with a spicy feta sauce).

Hermes is - turkey breast, tasty cheese, bacon, mushrooms, baby spinach and red sauce.

Ok where to start. Incredibly substantial servings, Mouth-watering presentation. Fresh amazingly tasting combinations with oh so good sauces complementing them. Hard pressed deciding a favourite but we will say that Mlady that usually chooses seafood as opposed to meat - the Zeus was one of the best crepes (yes this was the meat one) she has ever had! We both thoroughly enjoyed these delicious crepes.

We did manage to fit in dessert - but only just. Such works of art again! How good did these look! We could not wait to sink our teeth into these - especially the chocolate one - well Mlady could not wait as no surprises she IS a bit of a chocoholic!

The Nutella crepe was Divine! The chocolate gelato was oh so good. Putting on your fork the soft crepe, some strawberries and banana slices, dipping this into the beautiful nutella and the gelato - pure heaven! Oh and of course don't forget the cream - nice.

How pretty was the waffle! Looks are deceiving - the waffle looked heavy but this could not be further from the truth - it was deliciously light. Combine this on your fork with blueberries, raspberries, strawberries and of course some cream - Amazing!

The Bougatsa crepe was a light and elegant crepe. We say elegant because the flavours were light, soft and  subtle. This was homemade Bougatsa custard, roasted almonds, cinnamon, icing sugar and ice cream. Such a lovely crepe.

The crepes at Crepe House Cafe Earlwood are amazing! Such wonderful fresh flavours and combinations - and you won't go hungry. The crepes are substantial so make sure you leave enough room to have both savoury and sweet!

Sir and Mlady dined as guests of Crepe House Cafe. Thank you to James, Athina, Jim, Billy and David for looking after us on the night.
