Kickin’ Inn Kajun Seafood Restaurant is innovative and the creators Ravi and Sami have delivered something absolutely delicious, exciting and fun. We were fortunate to experience Ravi and Sami’s vision.

Those that love seafood and spices and the combination of this will be in heaven. Seafood/spices in bag - really? Yes, and it most certainly does work! What we experienced was not only great flavoursome food but also lots of fun at the same time! It really was a good conversation piece. So don your bib, roll up your sleeves and wear gloves if you so desire (we did) and be prepared for a scrumptious seafood buffet! This is a hands on meal.

To ‘kick off’ pardon the pun we started with the Kickin’ Shrimp Martini. Oh my goodness! How tasty was this! We loved the sauce and those incredibly divine shrimps sat on a bed of “oh so good” chips! The chips had that amazing sauce too. This really was a moreish dish. We loved it! It had a real wow factor to it as well all served in a giant martini glass. Get ready for the gasps when this arrives at the table!

The aroma of the mixed seafood which included, peeled prawns, baby octopus, scampi tail and mud crab was so good! There was also chorizo, baked potatoes and corn on the cob in there too. Everything had absorbed this ‘oh so delicious sauce’.

We were amazed at just how well the bags kept the heat in. Everything stayed hot (in temperature) right up until the time we finished eating. This really was an incredible meal! We loved the flavours and wide selection of scrumptious seafood and veg! The bags hold so much too.

There were the appropriate tools on the table to break open the crabs and get to that sweet tasting goodness. The claws of the Alaskan King Crab were so huge too with plenty of meat inside. A serving of garlic bread was eagerly devoured and even used to scoop up that heavenly sauce.

A fresh garden salad also went so well with the meal. We do have to admit it took a while to get to this with all the tasty seafood there willing us to devour it.

A big jug of refreshing lemon lime and bitters was served and it really did go well with the tangy sauces that bathed the seafood.

The aftermath showed just how much was consumed - and this pile immediately below is just Sirs! Check out the following pic of the whole table!
