While Roll’d offers Vietnamese food they specialise in rice paper rolls - hence the name. They have quite a few outlets around the place and they always seem to be popular.

Here at Rouse Hill you can’t miss them. The front Display is literally packed with countless variations of these tasty delicacies. There are so many on display you literally start at one end and slowly work your way to the other. Alternatively you can simply look at the menu - but looking in the display provides more eye candy! They do look good.

The first four pack included a variety of chicken and vegetarian choices. The rolls themselves are semi-transparent so you get to see inside them. Most have a combination of noodles, veggies and a protein.

Our next choices both had tofu in them. You also get a choice of sauces when you order. Hoi sin was the go to here. It just seems to go so well with rice paper rolls.

Seeing that they also had bao’s meant the next selection was easier. It wasn’t easy though as there were a number of filling options to choose from. The duck and crispy prawn fillings won out. The steamed buns were so light and the fillings were both delicious. Mind you, we really do love bao’s!

Sweet potato fries are always a hit and miss option. Sometimes they can end up being almost soggy. Not so here. These beauties were lovely. They were nicely crisp and tasted great. These are worth grabbing on any visit!

Whole they have a range of soft drinks available we tried their peach iced tea and it was delicious. This isn’t bottled - it’s actually “on tap”. Give it a go - it’s good stuff.

There’s a lot to choose from here. It’s worth taking a good look at the options first before ordering. We went there just for some rice paper rolls but we’re glad we explored more of the food.

Roll’d has plenty of tasty and healthy food. It’s big on flavour and variety. It’s worth trying a few different things as the different options are very good.
