RADLEYS ROTISSERIE CHICKEN AND BURGERS - CHATSWOOD, SYDNEY

Radleys Rotisserie Chicken and Burgers

Chatswood, Sydney

Radleys Rotisserie Chicken and Burgers make delicious  burgers (chicken and beef) and "schnity's". The menu is very diverse where there will certainly be something for everyone. Their salads too are amazing! Mix a few salads together for a great combo - we did. Then lets not forget that chicken - marinated for 24 hours! Jason Pope, the owner, has brought his successful Singapore venture to Australia. We're very thankful he has too!

We started with a couple of kimchi sliders and boy these were really tasty. The chicken was crispy and perfectly cooked and a great taste sensation. The nice soft buns held everything together and the salty sour kimchi offset the sweet chicken so perfectly. We really enjoyed these.

To drink Mlady had a refreshing apple cider and Sir chose a Corona. It was nice to have a brew with burgers and chicken, as many of these places are unlicensed.

Next we had the grilled chicken burger - marinated chicken, lettuce, tomato and tangy tzatziki. How tender and juicy was this! The tzatziki was a great addition. Tzatziki itself is a geat dip, but it was even better when used as a sauce. This really was a great burger in another tasty bun that held everything together nicely. A divine burger!

Steak and chips - such a good combo. The prime rib steak was beautifully cooked - medium rare - and was a good sized serving too. The chips - nice and hot, golden, crunchy, fluffy - everything you want in chips. This was a great tasting dish which Sir thoroughly enjoyed and tried not to share!

Seriously this schnitzel here was incredible. As Mlady cut into it - the knife "glided" through. Mlady is quite partial to a schnitzel and this one ticked all the boxes. The chicken was tender and the crumbs were a lovely golden colour with a light crunch. It had a really good balance of crumbs to chicken too.

We simply loved the salads! They were so fresh and were almost a meal alone. We combined a few as they have a display for daily selections. It was a plate of healthy, vibrant colours with wonderful flavours.

The quarter rotisserie chicken was next. Again, it was so beautifully cooked. It had lovely golden crisp skin over juicy tender chicken. They really know how to cook chicken here. We thoroughly enjoyed this - it was chook heaven. It also came with a side of green salad.

We love "veggies" - well mostly Mlady does - and we had an assortment from the daily selection. These went well with all of our mouth-watering dishes and even Sir liked them!

Our next burger was the Radley's beef burger - Black Angus beef patty, bacon, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, caramelised onions, mustard and special sauce. This was a jam packed burger with so much yumminess (is this a word!)! I suppose you could say a burger "with the works". Totally Divine! A nice soft bun too. - again

We managed to fit in dessert which we shared. Soft fat fluffy pancakes, strawberries, a lovely caramel sauce and big chunky pieces of honeycomb. This was a wonderful way to complete our very scrumptious meal.

Radley's Rotisserie Chicken and Burgers certainly know how to cook their burgers and their chicken. There is a lot to choose from and every different taste can be catered for. The dishes are fresh, substantial have great combinations and flavours. We simply loved it there.

Sir and Mlady dined as guests of Radley's Rotisserie and Burgers. Big thanks to owner Jason Pope for the hospitality and for organising what we would try on our visit - soooo much food and all so good! Thanks also to Albert for looking after us and to Weyman for cooking up a storm of tasty dishes. Special thanks also to the folk at Omptymedia for arranging this visit.
