The Dames were happy to be attending an event at the Bella Vista Hotel to showcase the fine foods on offer from Momento Catering. This company is currently providing a high-level service to the surrounding area – Hills district, Norwest and Macquarie Business Park. Apart from their corporate clients, there is a good demand from residential clients who are looking for easy, quality entertaining options.
The beautiful and generous antipasto and cheese platters certainly had that wow factor. Such a good selection of quality ingredients and lovely touches such as the truffled honey and pear slices.
The seriously delicious Chicken and Chorizo Skewer Platter was quite a winner. The meat was cooked to perfection and tasty enough to not really need the lovely dipping sauces. The vegetarian skewers were great too and they all had that beautiful char-grilled finish. Yum!
A Steamed Bun Platter appeared shortly after. They were soft and fluffy and filled with a choice of pork belly, katsu chicken or vegetarian with greens and mayo. These are tasty and easy to eat and really quite filling. Nice buns!
Pizza is always a favourite and these ones were really special. Great crispy bases and generous toppings - Vegetarian, Italian Bacon, Pollo, Diavola. These pizzas would be a hit at any function and we highly recommend them.
Sliders are also a popular and tasty way to fill up the masses. With a choice of Bella cheese, buttermilk fried chicken, porchetta and vegetarian, there’s something for everyone.
An indulgent salad is a thing of beauty. This Warm Tuscan Salad was so appealing and hard to resist. It was super fresh and full of flavour with just the right amount of dressing.
A Sweets Platter like this is a must for any successful event. A decadent selection of Nutella doughnuts, macarons, caramel slice, chocolate brownies which all tasted fantastic. Very impressive!
Momento Catering operates 7 days a week from early until late. Services include morning teas, breakfasts, lunches, afternoon teas, grazing platters. They are licensed too and offer a good (and inexpensive) choice of wines, beers and other beverages.
The quality of the food is certainly high and everything is beautifully presented and actually tastes as good as it looks. We really enjoyed it. Thanks to Momento Catering for this invitation. Special thanks to Nicole, Becky, Russell and Andrew for a great evening.
