HILLS ORGANICS | DURAL, SYDNEY

November 26, 2017

Hills Organics
Shop 12, 286-288 New Line Road
Dural, Sydney, NSW

Hills Organics is located in a very unsuspecting complex in Dural, hidden away and the last place you'd expect to find an organic cafe. This hasn't stopped locals finding it though, the cafe was bustling with families, couples and friends.

We popped by for a Saturday lunch. A warm day, we ordered some refreshing drinks. Duke has the berry smoothie, which looked beautiful, coated in coconut, chia, and goji berries. This was tasty and creamy, however we think a touch of ice would have made it perfect! Duchess ordered the kombucha, which Hills Organics have on tap. Served with fresh berries and some mint, this was super refreshing.

To eat, Duke ordered the Paleo Benny, actually off the breakfast menu which is available all day at Hills Organics. This comes with organic poached eggs, spinach, vegan pesto, kaleonaise, paleo bread, cherry tomatoes, sauerkraut, lettuce and sprinkled with sesame seeds. This dish was super bright and colourful and you just know it's healthy from looking at it! The eggs were beautifully cooked, and the highlight was the kaleonaise, creamy, green and super yum!

Duchess ordered the Nourish Bowl from the lunch menu. This was also a colourful dish, with gluten free buckwheat noodles, turmeric cauliflower rice, salmon fillet, roasted beetroot and house-made sauce. This was so yum! The salmon was perfectly cooked, and the cauliflower rice was the perfect compliment. A generous serve, it was a wonderful meal.

Hills Organics is a fantastic little cafe with something to suit all tastebuds. We were certainly delighted by our visit.

Thanks to CPM Online Marketing for organising our visit.
