LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! Hyde Hacienda Bar located in the Pullman Hotel has some of the most amazing and beautiful Sydney views that you could ever see! It’s located directly opposite the Sydney Passenger Terminal where the cruise ships dock and we were fortunate to see the Majestic Princess there. It’s such a lovely harbour view. .
We were there for their amazing launch - and what an amazing launch it was! The place had such a great buzz and clearly everyone was so excited.
There was wine, beer, cocktails and more wine beer and cocktails! We both had a very nice AIX 2018 Rose which we topped up several times. Nice!
The expresso martini’s were so good too! They’re a weakness of ours but then we have a very long list of weaknesses when it comes to food and drinks!
There were plenty of other cocktails on offer too. It was hard to try them all as there were so many things to sip and nibble. We put in a valiant effort though!
The canapes just kept coming. There was a good variety and they were very tasty. We also had fresh prawns and oysters too. Lovely! Desserts were cute and again there were plenty of them including mini eclairs and cannoli’s.
Australian DJ Havana Brown had people on the floor truly enjoying themselves! Hyde Hacienda had an incredible vibe!
Roxy Jacenko did a great job as MC. She’s also an Ambassador for them too. She gave an entertaining speech to a backdrop of the Harbour and Harbour Bridge.
“The Boys” - Mitch and Mark - from The Block were also there. We chatted for a while with them. They are such lovely friendly guys and it was a real pleasure to meet them.
Hyde Hacienda Bar is a great venue in a fantastic location. If this is a taste, what we experienced then this will absolutely become a landmark! Special thanks to the team at Pendulum Communications for this lovely invitation.
