Q Dining has just been formally launched by Pullman Quay Grand General Manager Wayne Taranto with an appropriately grand media event at the Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour. This is the first new Pullman restaurant launch since Justin North was appointed culinary ambassador for Pullman's eight restaurants nationally - and it was impressive.
Q Dining, under the leadership of executive chef Daniel Simpson, has put together a menu that focuses on great NSW produce but then takes it to even greater heights. There is some seriously good food available here - from Pepe Saya products, Byron Bay pork, New England lamb from Milly Hill and produce from a myriad of other NSW food destinations. They also have a charcuterie that you can walk up to and choose directly from - and even chat to the chefs about.
